Before you apply, here are some basic criteria we use to screen your application.

  • No more than 2 persons per bedroom, 2 animals per house.
  • Misrepresenting service animals is a crime punishable by $5,000 fine and/or jail time.
  • All persons age 18+ who will be living in the home must submit a signed application. Each application can have 2 persons.
  • Pay stubs showing gross combined W-2 income, before taxes, of 3x the rent. Example:  $500 rent requires $1500 income per month or more.
  • No evictions in the past 5 years
  • No violent, drug, or dangerous crime convictions in the past 10 years.
  • Not on the Sex Offender registry.

The $25 non-refundable application fee must be paid with credit card, debit card and most payroll cards or by PayPal account to begin processing.

Payment of the application fee and submission of an application does not guarantee approval and subsequent signing of a lease.

2 adults can be listed on a single application and pay 1 application fee.

Additional adults will need to complete additional applications and fees.

This page uses a secure sever to protect your information. We do require verification of income and copies of your photo ID’s. Any missing information or documentation will stall the processing of your application and will prevent you from getting approved. This is a legal document. Any false information will lead to a denial and/or even an eviction if necessary and may be subject to state laws which have heavy fines and jail time.

    Proof of income & Identity

    Before we can begin processing your application, we need past 30 days of pay stubs from all sources of income and a copies of picture ID's from all adults. You may make a copy and deliver them to our drop-off box located at 1115 Union St, or attach a digital image of them below. If you prefer to use your smartphone, take a picture of your pay stubs and email them to leasedesk@gmail.com or text the picture to 812-373-6401. Be sure to include your name in the subject line.
