Our list changes almost every day. Even if a home still shows on the list another person may be in line ahead of you. We cannot HOLD homes. Rent starts the day we take it off the market. Utilities must be activated in the resident’s name.
Leases are for 12 months. No deposit. Rent To Own Lock Fee guarantees no increase for 12 months and helps you on a path to home ownership. Our homes have passed a 200 point inspection so they are in great condition!
To help keep rents under control during inflation Resident is responsible for repairs other than roof, furnace, and underground sewer lines.
We do not have personnel to chat on the phone or text. Check out the website photos and descriptions, drive by, peek in the windows of vacant homes, and complete an online application. When pre-approved you will be given the door lockbox code to self tour at our convenience.
To calculate move in funds mid-month, divide the monthly rent by 30 to get a DAILY RATE. Multiply that daily rate times the number of days remaining in that partial month to determine the prorated rent. Add the Rent To Own Lock Fee, add Animal Registration Fees and appliance fees if any.
